مطلوب تعيين مدير تنفيذى متفرغ لإدارة
المشروع ( مشروع إنشاء مركز قومى للتعليم الإلكترونى
بالمجلس الأعلى للجامعات ) يتبع المجلس الأعلى للجامعات
وله المهام الوظيفية التالية والشروط الواجب توافرها فى المتقدم للوظيفة .
Job Description
- The candidate will
lead large-scale e-Iearning projects. He will identify,
select and manage external resources. He will supervise
teams who define technical requirements, creating plans
and managing the projects implementation.
- The candidate will
prepare projeetbusiness plans. He will develop
effective, innOvative learning solution to meet business
needs. The candidate will be responsible of maintaining
competency I certifications in key tools, programs and
techniques.
- He will supervise
others in thedesign/development of learning solutions.
He will supervise staff development specialist,
consultants and temporary clerical· support.
- He will oversee the
administration of the staff training and education
program, professional training from external vendors,
computer skills training, and other staff development
opportunities, he will prepare and submit the reports to
SCU General secretary. .
- The candidate will
playa key role in setting directions for e-Iearning
development in related departments and universities. He
will adopt, follow and implement intellectual copyright
laws.
Qualifications
-
Ph.D. degree is required with minimum 5 years experience
in related filed.
- Experience in e-Iearning services.
- Experience in one or more topics of the following is
preferred
- Learning management system
- Content
management systems
- Online tutoring and assessment
- Blended learning
- Synchronous and asynchronous learning
- Open source:softWare
- ability to use project management tools and multimedia
technologies.
- The candidate should have the reqired management,
communication, reporting, negotiation,
inter-coordination. Interaction and innovation skills.
