Many job seekers complain of two basic obstacles, the first being the requirement of proficiency in the English language, and the second is the requirement of experience, which is what young people see as incapable of them, especially as they are recent graduates. Most institutions consider proficiency in English as a prerequisite for employment and consider the graduate as a nightmare.<\/span><\/p>\n

The need of major companies and institutions to communicate and interact with one another globally has given priority to the use of the foreign language. The English language may be one of the main factors for the success of any company and it is also one of the essentials for the success of any employee. Whereas, the major competing companies in any sector are speaking in one language, not only in foreign transactions, but also within the company. Where the fluency and flexibility of the English language, both in writing and speaking, plays a critical role in many aspects of success.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
