Teamwork is the unity of the vision of a group of individuals who have the desire to cooperate to achieve a specific goal, thereby bringing the strengths and individual skills together with the obligation to ensure that responsibility is distributed. Teamwork is the key to success and through this skill we overcome barriers and achieve goals. Teamwork includes self-control, effective communication, the ability to solve problems and most importantly, each individual’s commitment to the other and to a common goal.

There are many jobs that require teams for each task or a group of tasks at one time, and because teamwork always outperforms individual work in the level of creativity, productivity and time, it is necessary to have several skills in the individual in order to be an effective member of teamwork.
