Leadership is where someone influences the people around him and tries to direct them to achieve the desired objective. When initiating the organization of a group of relatives or friends to accomplish a specific goal, such as volunteering or preparing for a school trip in such cases, there must be a leader for this group. The effective leader must achieve the desired goal and must enjoy the characteristics of effective leadership. He/she should be aware of different types of leadership and how and when to use each.
